VHM Enterprises is looking for a Day Porter to join our team. They will maintain work space and common areas in commercial buildings. The ideal person for this position has experience, enjoys working individually or on occasion as a team, is well-spoken, energetic, and personable. The position runs from 7 am to 3:30 pm, M-F. Responsibilities: Clean – Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, breakroom, and office areas. Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors. Vacuum, mop and sweep floors. Stock – Stock all hand towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in bathrooms. Other – Pick up and empty trash containers. If applicable, notify maintenance if something is not working correctly.
