Hyper Wellness Representative: As our Hyper Wellness Representative , you will always strive to make our customers feel valued and satisfied with the high quality health and wellness services we offer. You will take pride in being the face of our location as you assist customers with all their wellness needs. You will excel in this role because you prefer a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. As a valued Hyper Wellness Representative , substantial career growth will be available to you. You will build positive relationships with Restore’s clients through your extraverted and enthusiastic nature as you generate new sales leads. What you’ll need to be our Hyper Wellness Representative: Casual, uninhibited, and persuasive extrovert with a tendency for informality Friendly, understanding, willing and patient team player Persuasive, risk-taker; quick to connect and a strong drive for results Strong interpersonal and presentation skills A sales oriented individual A safety oriented individual Why you’ll love working with us: Hourly $12-14 plus bonuses Flexible schedules Casual dress code Fun, wellness - focused work environment What you’ll do as the Hyper Wellness Representative: Assist all Restore customers with any needs they may have Constantly engage with new customers through studio tours, Care Cards, listening to and answering questions, and making recommendations on services Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to educate potential clients on Restore’s offerings Initiate the sales process by scheduling and conducting appointments with warm leads Responsible for the day-to-day functions of the store (doing laundry, cleaning, etc.) Develop sales and marketing campaigns and initiate community engagements within the wellness community Who we are: Restore Hyper Wellness is on a blazing mission to restore people’s health and wellness so that they can do more of what they love every day.
