For more information, visit www.clubpilates.com Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant General Manager to join our Pilates studio team. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager (GM) in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the GM in managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a smooth and efficient studio environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly environment and addressing customer concerns or complaintsResponsible, along with the General Manager and Sales Associates, for ensuring that studio membership and revenue goals are meet through personal sales and training staffResponsible for helping to build the studio community through organizing and executing eventsAssistant the General Manager in supervising and managing staff, including hiring, training, and schedulingBe the direct point of contact for all staff with General Manager is offOversee all billing issues (membership agreements, cancellations, freezes, failed payments, etc)Assist with retail displays, sales, and inventoryResponsible for posting social media storiesMaintain cleanliness and organization in the studio.Work collaboratively on monthly studio plans, grassroots marketing, and promotional activitiesAny other tasks required to meet company goalsSkill SetsSelf-starter who also has a flexible schedule and strong work ethicHighly energetic, positive and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment, often with changing priorities given needs of students, business and management.Dependable and accountable with strong sense of urgencyThe ability to resolve employee customer conflicts in a positive, professional and timely mannerMust be customer focused and deliver company’s high level of customer service at all times in a professional, courteous, sensitive and friendly mannerStrong written and verbal skillsComfortable with computers and effective at learning and using the necessary software productsCOMPENSATION & PERKS:· This position offers a competitive hourly wage and Commission paid on sales.· Opportunity for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positionsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00-19.00 hour plus commissionPowered by JazzHR
