Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance ManagerThe Maintenance Engineering Manager provides direction and leadership to the Maintenance and Engineering group.ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Manager will manage the Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians on all 3 shifts. You will provide mechanics and operators with mentoring and line operation skills. You will also monitor plant/equipment to ensure efficient operation and reduction of planned/unplanned downtime. The Maintenance Manager develops and implements improvements to minimize downtime for line change and cleaning.Requirements And Minimum Education-Bachelor degree required, engineering disciplines preferred, but will consider other technical degrees.Minimum 5 years of experience in a Maintenance Manager role, in a Manufacturing environment.
