E4H is looking for a Construction Administrator to contribute to the success of varied projects across the E4H network. Our healthcare focus allows us to design environments that are elegant, adaptable, and solve today’s unique challenges. E4H offers the best aspects of a medium size firm – access to projects and clients who are innovative in healthcare architecture. We’re looking for a collaborative Construction Administrator to join our construction administration team to work on a multitude of healthcare architecture projects. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare, log, distribute, and track construction correspondence and other formal documentation. Track projects using project management software platforms. Process monthly construction payment applications. Coordinate submittal and RFI receiving, review, and distribution. Review the organization and completeness of assigned closeout submittals. Generate architect-responsibility documents for closeout. Manage revisions of closeouts to reach compliance with contract documents. Read and interpret specifications standards. Provide in-office administrative support. Work closely with Senior Construction Administrator. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 3+ years of experience working in architecture or construction field. Working knowledge and familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Newforma, etc. Intermediate knowledge of AIA/contract documents. Revit knowledge. Intermediate MS Office skills. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to convey professionalism and confidence to clients and contractors.
