We are searching for an out-of-the-box thinker and master communicator that will be able to contribute to the growth of our client through direct-to-consumer customer service strategies. We work closely in a collaborative environment that embraces challenges, hard work, and lives to go above and beyond while we create forward-thinking customer service and business development strategies. Job Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Undeniable work ethic with a track record of proven high performance Must be a proven relationship builder The kind of person who responds and follows through by responding to emails, calls, inquiries, and requests immediately.
