A strong candidate would bring high school level / college level playing or coaching experience, leadership and communication skills, and a positive and energetic attitude daily.Responsibilities: -Swim experience needed -Great organizational skills -Able to commit to 6 days a week -Support and adhere to School Policies Requirements:-Must become CPR / First Aid Certified (within year 1)Preferences:-Past playing experience (college / high school) -Coaching experience at the high school or higher levelThe position will be evaluated yearly and will be an annual appointment.
