The Role: As a High Risk Housing Officer/Environmental Health Officer, you can make your own powerful contribution to the safety and wellbeing of Westminster's communities. Tackling Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and other high: risk residential properties, you will carry out surveys and backssments for fire safety and other hazards. You'll focus on enforcement against the city's worst residential landlords and help to return properties to a safe standard. It's a challenging role that will bring you into contact with multiple stakeholders and occasional criminal activity.
