JOB SHARE CONCIERGE ROLE - BURNHAM ON SEA We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Concierge to join our team and create a welcoming and exceptional experience for our residents. The Concierge plays a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our building, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our residents. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Provide information and assistance to residents, guests, and visitors regarding building rules, procedures, and amenities. Handle mail, packages, and deliveries for residents. Assist with scheduling and coordinating maintenance requests. Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any incidents or emergencies. Maintain a clean and tidy lobby and common areas. Perform light housekeeping duties. Assist with special events and activities organized for residents. Stay up-to-date on building policies, procedures, and amenities. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanour. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
