We have an opening for Private Client Services Consultant roles in our Dallas, TX, Chicago or Deer Park, IL, Oklahoma City, OK and Tampa, FL offices. Summary: The Private Client Services Consultant is a new Producer or a Producer that does not have a book of business. In the role, the Consultant actively solicits and sells insurance products and services to existing and new clients; may maintain an existing book of business; expands a book and enhances the image of The Plexus Groupe. Job Responsibilities : Identify prospects using sales tools to identify and cold contact potential clients Utilize sales tools to identify cross sell opportunities Follow up on leads Enter all contacts and data into the CRM system Participate in activities that maintain and expand the book of business Maintain and expand carrier relationships Stay current with industry, licensing and education requirements Required Experience: At least 1+ year of related experience or training Bachelor's Degree is preferred Must hold an active Property & Casualty License. If a candidate is not licensed at the time of hire, it is expected for this process to be completed within the first 60 days A thorough understanding of insurance underwriting and coverages, including rating procedures Ability to work autonomously Be competitive, persistent and self-reliant, with a sales drive Good interpersonal skills and high ethical standards The Plexus Groupe is driving the next chapter in the insurance industry with innovation, passion, and excellence.
