Are you an experienced and skilled Brake Press Operator looking for a new opportunity to showcase your talents? Look no further! Platinum Recruiting is hiring for a reputable and thriving company. First Shift opportunity Monday through Thursday 7:00AM-3:30PM. Starting Pay $19-24 p/hour DOE ! ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Use of critical measuring equipment. (Comb. Squares, Protractor’s, Angle Finders, Measuring Tape etc.) Use of Jib Cranes, Overhead Cranes and Forklift’s to load or unload material. Die Set-up/ Changeover Interpreting of Part Print. Proper adjustments of presses and dies. Daily housekeeping of assigned area. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Previous experience setting dies and operating stamping or brake presses required. Previous experience moving large heavy parts with a PIT and Overhead Cranes. High School Diploma/GED PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Regular reaching with arms extended. Bending to pick up and place parts on the floor. Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs Pulling suspended loads by hand during use of jib crane. Regular twisting and turning at the waste.
