RBT/Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Assistant/ABA Job Summary: ABA Behavior Assistant (Applied Behavior Analysis – ABA) to provide in-home services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or emotional and behavioral issues.ABA Behavior Assistant manage a caseload of clients to be seen in their homes and are supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Supervision meets the requirements of the BACB and may be used towards BCBA or BCaBA certification. Most clients are seen before or after school, although there are opportunities for Behavior Assistants to work during school hours. RBT/Registered Behavior Technician - Behavior Therapist: Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree At least 1 year of experience working with children diagnosed with special needs.Valid drivers license RBT/Registered Behavior Technician - Behavior Assistant/ABA: Benefits Include: Hourly Rate Comprehensive Paid Training Program Professional Liability Insurance Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential Paid BACB Supervision 50% Education Assistance for Florida Institute of Technology -- BCaBA/BCBA or similar program Opportunities for Career Advancement Flexible Schedules At 30 hours you are considered full time and may participate in our benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401k, FSA Corporate Discount Programs Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Mileage reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Powered by JazzHR
