Water Extractor and Mold Remediation Technician needed for a fast-growing building science company in the Cumming, GA area. We are seeking positive attitudes, professional work ethics, and a person with a desire to help others. We are looking for great employees to join us as we grow. We are looking for individuals who are hard-working, professional, detail-oriented and have great people skills. Mold certification and experience are a plus. A construction background would be beneficial. Great compensation and bonus plan. Responsibilities:• Perform on-site production services, including, but not limited to, water extraction and mold remediation• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance no matter what time of day or night• Complete job files, including all paperwork, signatures, etc• Ensure the project is complete to the customer’s satisfaction• Speak and interact with employees and customers in a professional manner• Perform all projects per company process and IICRC guidelines Qualifications:• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check• Because we provide a 24-hour emergency service, you must be willing to be on call when needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays• Must be able to drive and have a clean driving record• Provide excellent customer service• Experience in construction is a plus• Able to lift at least 50#• Able to wear PPE for extended periods of time• Able to work in non-climate controlled environments for extended periods of time Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly About Company: ENSIGN Building Solutions utilizes the principles of Building Science to provide services related to home construction, moisture management, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality, with a focus on Environmental Design and High-Performance Homes.
