Crew Member for Commercial Landscape Company • Dependable• Team Player• Safety conscience• Operate mowers, blowers, edgers, trimmers• The job entails extreme heat and weather conditions as experienced in South Florida• Pay based on experience and position• Drug-free workplace Responsibilities:Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:• Dependable - schedules are done based on number of people. No-shows make it difficult for the team• Team player• Conscientious and safe• Mowing, trimming, blowing, weed eating• Report issues to crew leader or management• Load and unload equipment Qualifications:Able to use the following equipment safely and effectively:• Mowers - riding and walk-behind• Edgers• Trimmers• Backpack Blowers• Listen to directions from crew leader Compensation: $12 - $20 hourly DOE About Company: Ashem Group is a management team that assists in providing three independent family-owned companies' day-to-day administrative, accounting, and management functions.
