We're looking for a confident, self-motivated, and active full-time maintenance technician for our manufactured home community. This team member will be trusted with tasks that assist in maintaining the pristine condition of our community. Responsibilities:• General maintenance and community upkeep• Landscaping, mowing, trimming• Light HVAC• Light electrical and plumbing• Light painting and carpentry• Maintenance of rental units• Equipment maintenance and inspections with monthly reporting• On-call for emergencies• Ability to lift and carry more than 50 lbs. Qualifications:• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States• High school diploma or equivalent• A minimum of 2 years of property maintenance experience required• Valid driver's license with no major violations• Knowledge of proper use of power and hand tools• Knowledge of proper use of and experience with lawn care and landscaping equipment• Basic plumbing and electrical experience/knowledge required• CPO License and swimming pool experience• Knowledge of dispensing propane• Ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision• Must pass a thorough background check, including criminal Compensation: $19 hourly About Company: We are a privately held company that owns and operates manufactured housing and RV communities throughout the country.
