This is a full-time position for HVAC Comfort Advisor. You will be running technician leads, marketed leads, and system replacement leads. You will be presenting price and options for HVAC systems including air conditioning, furnaces, boilers, duct work systems, and indoor air quality. Responsibilities:• System replacement leads• Technician system replacement leads• Marketed System replacement leads• You must be available for a full-time position Qualifications:• Direct experience as an HVAC comfort advisor• System Sizing knowledge• System Efficiency knowledge• Basic duct work knowledge• Ability to give multiple options and explain them to a customer Compensation: $80,000 - $180,000 Performance Based Pay About Company: Independently owned and operated family business.
