Automotive Product Sales Expert will fulfill clients' needs by becoming an 'all-knowing' source of vehicle information to help find the perfect vehicle(s) for them to bring home. In addition to pre-sale assistance to the clients, Product Experts will hold continuous relationships with clients to grow their client database as well as help with ever-changing vehicle needs. We are offering paid training, as you get started in our Product Expert position to make sure you start on the best foot! With a guaranteed salary, monthly and annual bonus structures, paid vacation time, 401k, 401k matching, and medical, dental, and vision coverage all within a 40-hour work week. Demonstrator vehicles will also be available. Responsibilities:• Provide customers with an engaging and informative sales experience by displaying a comprehensive understanding of the dealership's products and services• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all available inventory, including technical specifications and features• Demonstrate a collaborative spirit with dealership staff to increase overall customer satisfaction• Utilize customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement in the sales process• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and develop strategies to maximize sales success• Remain current with all training programs and requirements Qualifications:• Possess a valid Driver's License• US Work Authorization• 2 years of experience in product sales• Ability to explain complex product features and benefits in a clear and concise manner• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly About Company: Piemonte Family-owned 50+ year dealership located an hour west of Chicago.
