Production Manager - Commercial Landscape and Tree Trimming Company Ashem Group is seeking a professional, motivated, energetic, and reliable Landscape and Tree Production Manager to join our team! The team member will be trusted with the basic day-to-day responsibilities to ensure the company's successful operations and that the crews are delivering a quality product and customer satisfaction. Must have a clean and valid driver's license. Previous experience preferred. Responsibilities:• Maintain client relationships and communicate regularly• Ensure work is performed to the level of quality required to completely satisfy each customer• Prepare monthly crew schedule• Site inspections with clients• Follow through with commitments• Coordinate daily production and enhancement jobs• Resolve issues timely• Identify sales opportunities• Prepare maintenance, enhancements, and tree-trimming proposals• Enforce safety procedures and policies Qualifications:• Dependable• Ability to develop strong professional relationships with customers• Good written and oral communication skills• Must have plant identification and operations knowledge, experience in the industry, and closely related responsibilities• Must be self-motivated• Must be a creative problem solver with the capacity to innovate• Must be team-oriented• Enjoy working in a busy environment where no task is above or below you• Positive perspective and good problem-solving skills• Bi-lingual is a plus but not required Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly About Company: Ashem Group is a management team that assists in providing three independent family-owned companies' day-to-day administrative, accounting, and management functions.
