Responsibilities: • Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready• General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date• Field customer complaints when necessary• Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests• Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information Qualifications: • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills• Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent• Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems• 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations Compensation: $10 - $10.50 hourly About Company: We have 96 rooms available.
