We are in need of a professional real estate recruiter to help us identify driven new agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Ideally, applicants are personable and can balance relationships with multiple candidates at one time. This is a great opportunity to be a part of building an incredible real estate team. Responsibilities: • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful• Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members• Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available• Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected • Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication• Find entry-level agents with high growth potential via calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team• Assist in agent onboarding and be a support system for them while they go through our 90-day training• Maintain a growing email list with value ad videos created by the team leader and plan fun events for the team Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards• Great at time management and organization • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field• 4-year college degree required • A desire to learn, grow and be a part of a team is a must Compensation: $45,000 About Company: The Gogan Team is a quickly growing team specializing in Naples, Bonita, and Estero Florida.
