Our fitness studio is opening in January and we are forming our first group of instructors who have experience teaching formats in Pilates, barre, yoga and stretch/recovery classes. We believe in moving smarter, not harder and empowering our members to meet their fitness goals, feel good and be ready to come back for more! Responsibilities: • Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions• Lead a wide variety of classes to fitness studio members and guests• Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe• Provide excellent customer services according to company standards• Employ the use of social media and networking to promote studio programs, classes, and new memberships Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills • Must possess a current certification for fitness instructing• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)• Ability to work closely with others and inspire through movement Compensation: $45 per class + commissions About Company: Welcome to SoulBody Studios where a new world of harmony and balance is created through movement and recovery.
