Responsibilities: • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered• Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot Qualifications: • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Previous work in a customer-facing position Compensation: $37,000 About Company: NC Farm Bureau is a North Carolina-based insurance company, this position is in the Durham RTP office.
