Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer’s agent to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market• Advise buyer/seller in handling additional offers to purchase/sell their home• Negotiate on behalf of clients to get the best deal at the best price Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Show a track record of real estate success• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends• REAL ESTATE LICENSE PREFERRED • You are self-motivated, and feel empowered in a dynamic, fast-paced environment• You are committed to a culture of positivity and high performance• You value feedback and thrive on constant improvement and learning• You have a strong work ethic, and a self-driven desire to succeed• You are excited by the opportunity to win as an individual contributor Compensation: $75,000 - $200,000 About Company: CityScape Metro Group has grown by over 400% in the past year and it wasn't by accident.
