Project Manager - Roofing, Siding, Exteriors Are you a natural-born leader who values quality construction more than anyone you know? If so, we are looking for you! We’re hiring a seasoned Project Manager to manage our projects from start to finish. You’ll be in charge of quality control and routinely inspect the work being done, guiding as needed with your industry know-how. Applicants should be attentive to details and highly knowledgeable about construction processes and safety regulations. If you have at least 1 year of construction experience and you’re ready to build something with an incredible team, apply today! Responsibilities: • Manage construction workers and subcontractors, perform routine inspections on-site, and give guidance as needed to make sure each construction project results in a high-quality finished product• Assure all tools, equipment, and vehicles are well-maintained, and arrange for routine maintenance as needed • Adapt to the needs of the team and assist the project manager with other tasks when needed• Review performance goals and deadlines to ensure the construction process is running on schedule with the project manager’s plan and subcontractors• Document the construction process in the daily logbook to update the project manager and homeowners on the progress• Move and empty dump trailers• Order all materials needed for projects Qualifications: • Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills• Has basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles• Experience with Acculynx and DataForma is a plus Compensation: $60,000 yearly About Company: Lakeside Renovations is a family-owned and operated business.
