Details: Tampa, FL 6 month contract to hire $18 to 26/hr Duties: Conduct daily estimations from existing architectural and technical drawings for quoting and fabrication Develop CAD drawings as well as technical drawings for client review and digital fabrication Use architectural and design knowledge to aid in project development Work with the sales team to offer technical knowledge regarding fabrication Utilize knowledge of spatial formatting and measuring to aid Project Managers and Sales Team during and after field visits/ site walk throughs Work along-side Fabrication team to properly guide projects through to completion Qualifications: Proficient in AutoCAD Experience reviewing architectural drawings a plus Surveying experience or experience on active construction sites Excellent written and verbal communication skills General computer experience (Excel, Microsoft Word, email correspondence, etc.) A certification or more in Architectural/Interior design or related degree a plus 3D CAD knowledge/experience a plus Powered by JazzHR
