Staff Accountant Main Points 2 days a week in office the rest remote Sage Intacct experience required Bachelors degree Required Summary We are looking for a Staff Accountant to manage general accounting and financial processes of our company.You’ll be responsible for all daily accounting tasks, including preparing tax documents and updating expense files. You will perform financial transactions and post them in the general ledger, with strong attention to detail. You will also carry out relevant administrative duties (e.g. responding to clients via email and handling invoices).Ultimately, you will ensure the company’s finances run smoothly. Duties Reconcile assigned accounts. Monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing. Process direct mail transactions coding and allocations. Annual Financial audit support. Annual Tax Returns support Assist in special projects as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher is required; Accounting or Finance is preferred. SAP Concur experience is a plus. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Minimum of 3-years relevant experience Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and Fixed Assets Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills.
