We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our team. As a Project Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, budget monitoring, and cost control. Your expertise in project accounting principles, financial analysis, and attention to detail will be instrumental in supporting the successful completion of our projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our organization and work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze project budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure compliance with established guidelines and identify areas for improvement. Prepare accurate and timely project financial reports, including cost estimates, forecasts, and variance analysis. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop and maintain project budgets, tracking expenditures and providing recommendations for cost control. Review and process project-related invoices, purchase orders, and contracts, ensuring proper coding and adherence to budget allocations. Conduct regular financial audits and reconcile project-related accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and financial feasibility studies, providing insights and analysis on financial aspects. Support project teams in managing financial risks and opportunities, identifying potential issues and recommending solutions. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
