Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team? We are seeking a talented and dedicated Transactional Practice Assistant to join our organization. As a Transactional Practice Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our transactional practice group in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in drafting, proofreading, and editing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and transactional documents. Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to support legal matters and ensure accuracy of information. Prepare and organize documents, exhibits, and other materials for meetings, hearings, and trials. Maintain and update legal files and databases, ensuring that all documents are properly recorded and easily accessible. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for attorneys. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders, both in person and through written correspondence. Assist in preparing and reviewing billing statements and tracking expenses related to legal matters.
