Job description Develop and design systems and components using CAD software Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications Researches, studies, and proposes use of new technologies to be used in the development of new and improved products Develop and implement testing procedures for components and systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Identify and obtain repeat work for clients while beginning to evolve business development skills Maintain and utilize working knowledge of accepted engineering design standards and practices in the execution of design work that will meet the clients' needs and conform to Company standards.
