Job description Monitoring key infrastructure health/performance metrics and remediate as needed. Configure and maintain backup and disaster recovery systems. Ability to navigate Microsoft SharePoint, check in/check out documents for editing, and create reports Contribute to discussion on system/network architecture and design. Contribute to grooming stories in the Agile process. Troubleshooting system/hardware issues related to network, compute and storage. Occasionally work after hours for maintenance windows or system down issues. Follow security best practices and company security & compliance policies. Deployment of various hardware and software.
