We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented HRMS Analyst to join our HR team. As an HRMS Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to support our HR operations. If you have a strong technical aptitude, a deep understanding of HR processes, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance HR functions, we invite you to apply for this position. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for the HRMS, ensuring its smooth operation and data integrity. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and recommend system enhancements and optimizations. Configure and customize the HRMS to align with HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage and maintain HR data within the HRMS, including employee records, organizational structure, compensation data, benefits administration, and other related information. Develop and generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and HR metrics tracking. Provide user support and training to HR staff and employees on HRMS functionality, ensuring effective utilization and self-service capabilities. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HRMS and HR analytics to identify opportunities for system improvements. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot system issues, implement upgrades, and perform system integrations.
