The Academy of Scholars is seeking a dynamic Admissions Manager.The Admissions Manager manages all aspects of recruitment andadmissions for The Academy of Scholars. It is a full-time, 12-monthposition with some evenings and weekends required. The Admissions Manager is responsible for attracting a broad, diverse,and mission-aligned applicant pool to enroll in the school, meetingenrollment targets and other identified goals, promoting the school,guiding families through the admissions process from initial inquiry toacceptance and enrollment.He or she must have or demonstrate the following: excellent interpersonal skills leadership skills organizational skills collaborative skills computer skills communication skills strong marketing expertise He or she must possess the following attributes: enthusiasm initiative confidence a commitment to excellence The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree and experience inadmissions. Experience working in a school or as a professional secretary for a law or accounting office a plus. Passion for working with students and families in a diverse,inclusive educational setting, integrity, professionalism, high ethicalstandards, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality are essentialqualities. The position requires superior organizational andcommunication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to work bothindependently and cooperatively.
