The company is seeking to hire a CNC Programmer with MasterCam background to create and modify 3, 5, and 6 axis machines. The position provides an individual with the opportunity to use their full skill set to advance the interests of the company. Expectations:- Utilize the software to optimize production and accuracy- Troubleshoot programs including speeds, feeds and tooling- Verify and document in process work orders- ensure quality product by using necessary measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, and layout equipment- Troubleshoot setups and fixturing used on machinery- meet production deadlines by following manufacturing schedule and proceduresRequirements/ Qualifications:- High School graduate with Associate Degree- Mastercam, NX or Solidworks experience to create and modify 3, 5, and 6 axis CNC milling machines- 3-4+ years' experience with CNC and CAM programming software- knowledge to design tooling, fixtures, molds and custom machining- Advanced written and oral communication skills- Blueprint Reading and GD&T is a must- Good organizational skillsPowered by JazzHR
