Responsibilities: Answer, transfer and direct telephone calls Greet customers and provide general customer service Maintain calendar, filing systems, record keeping and correspondences Provide general administrative and clerical support Qualifications: Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills Organized and have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor Ability to multi-task and keep track of multiple priorities Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Some office experience is a plus ***Proof of Vaccination Compensation: $19.00/ Hour Full time position Benefits –medical, vision, dental, 401k (with 2% match) Paid Holidays, Vacation Days and Sick Time Generous employee discount Powered by JazzHR
