Cook Job Summary: Responsible for preparing food for dining room, patients, and special functions under the general direction of the Executive Chef.Specifications: High School Diploma required. Vocational/technical training and a minimum of one year’s job-related experience. Requires enough education to understand and follow directions both oral and written. Able to read and write, use simple arithmetic, and keep simple records.
