Provide transportation to and from Health Path appointments. Complete required documentation such as progress notes. Specifications:1. High school diploma or GED required.2. Associate's or Bachelor’s degree a plus.3. Certificate or willingness to work towards becoming a State Certified Peer Recovery Specialist.4. Two years of continuous recovery time.5. Must demonstrate an understanding in the recovery process and Recovery Oriented Systems of Care model.6. Must be computer literate with experience in Excel.7. Valid driver’s license and insured auto.Required Education1. A person with life experience can be shared with other consumers.2. Someone who views consumer needs with a high priority and who would be a strong advocate for them with other treatment providers.3. Knowledge and experience in accessing community resources (such as; housing, medical, financial).4. Someone who espouses a strong desire to help others.5.
