Description:

Provides coordination & administrative oversight to the integrated facilities management and engineering, utilities, food and nutrition, safety, security, and environmental health & safety functions of Care New England & its operating units. Responsible for ongoing process improvement to ensure compliance with regulatory agency standards. Specifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Healthcare Management or Business Management. Master’s Degree highly preferred. 5+ years experience actively involved in the specification and installation of new building systems. 5+ years experience managing others. Thorough knowledge in construction techniques, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing and fire systems. Data center HVAC and UPS / generator electrical experience a plus.
