Nutrition Services WorkerFood Service PatientFull Time8 hour shift• MissionTo inspire health and healing by putting patients first - ALWAYS.• Position SummaryThe Nutrition Service Worker is responsible for the completion of tray line, cafeteria and dishwashing functions.• Minimum QualificationsEducationMust be at least 16 years old and currently enrolled in high school or an equivalent educational program.CredentialsState Required: NoneGPRMC Required/Preferred: NonePhysical Demands1. Stand and/or walk entire shift.2. Lift up to 50 lbs.3. Climb small ladder.4. Push cart weighing 50 to 100 pounds.5. Bend, reach, stoop and kneel throughout shift.6. Eye hand coordination required.• Essential Functions1. Sets up stations with breads, condiments and utensils.2. Serves and replenishes food from counters and steam tables (sometimes using a conveyor food belt), and breaks down stations at the end of meal periods.3. Cleans and sanitizes workstations, counters, steam tables and other equipment.4. Brews coffee and tea.5. Interacts with customers/patients when delivering trays.6.
