Position Opening Firefighter and Firefighter/ParamedicThe North Platte Fire Department, in North Platte, Nebraska, is accepting applications to fill current and future job openings for the position of Firefighter and Firefighter/Paramedic. Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age, have the ability to learn firefighting principles, possess a valid driver's license, and at the date of hiring, Firefighter/Paramedic's must possess and present a valid and current Nebraska Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMT-P) license or a National Registry Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic certificate.
