Primary responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, compliance, document management, obtaining and recording data; and addressing intermittent employee needs. Must be friendly, accurate, timely, and efficient.A top performer in this HR Generalist position will have a passion for providing excellent customer service with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively. Must have strong critical thinking skills and problem solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting to change. Must possess proven ability to demonstrate integrity, attention to detail, self-initiative, reliability, and time management skills.An Associates or Bachelor’s degree is required in Human Resources or related field. Human Resources certification through HRCI or SHRM is preferred.
