Full Time Caretaker/House Manager: Aspen, COAspen family is in search of an experienced hands-on Caretaker/House Manager to oversee their home. This is a full-time live-out position which comes with a 1 bedroom off site apartment for the Caretaker/House Manager located in the Aspen core.This position calls for a versatile individual who has a wide ranged skill set and has hands on work history. This is the principal's main residence. The Caretaker/House Manager is required to: oversee all aspects of the home, property & systems maintenance; car service & maintenance; schedule & supervise outside vendors; hire, supervise & schedule other household staff; maintain household manuals & servicing schedules; deliver a weekly report; run errands, provide personal assistance, & provide some concierge services; provide some food & beverage service & help with party planning; extensive dog sitting for small dog; provide some travel and transportation services. Candidate must be able to commit to normal work hours but be flexible and available for after-hours emergencies. Above average computer proficiency is required. Basic knowledge of HVAC, Sonos, home systems, electrical &plumbing is required. Candidate would be required to work in the family office 1 day/week. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 year's experience in a similar hands on role with recent verifiable work history. Candidate must possess a valid driver's license & be able to legally work in the USA. Fluency in English is required.
