Branch ManagerLNB is currently seeking an extremely results-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-driven professional with a passion for developing business growth opportunities and providing excellent customer service. This person will be responsible for the Farmington, NY market place, and will be based out of LNB’s newly constructed, state of the art branch. This position incorporates responsibilities that include managing the branch office to meet the financial services needs of customers while ensuring operating policies and procedures are accurate, efficient and in compliance with regulatory requirements.The successful candidate must possess proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills, extensive external and internal sales calling skills, a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all Bank products and services, a working knowledge of Bank operating policies and procedures, and must also demonstrate management and supervisory skills.
