Sensitech Inc. seeks Dir. Sustaining/Development Support Eng. (Cellular/Real Time Products) in Redmond, WA. Responsible for leading & managing Advanced Mfg Eng. (Automation), Cellular Sustaining Eng., Eng. Support (Assistants/Technicians), & Agency Compliance staff/functions. Build, lead, manage & coach eng. team of professionals, providing sustaining services for 60- 100 products at 6+ contract mfg’s. 20% Domestic/International Travel. A bachelor’s in Business Admin., Eng. or a related field & at least 10 yrs. of prior work experience in team leadership & exec. level tech. mgmt. 10 yrs. of exp. w/ cell based wireless design & mfg; 6 yrs. w/ exec. level tech. mgmt; 5 yrs. mfg w/Lean Mfg, Six Sigma/5S & ISO 9001; & 5 yrs. of exp. managing development of test validation software for hardware & firmware validation.
