UW-Stout is recruiting a vibrant and student-centered individual for our Multicultural Initiatives Director position. This position directs the Multicultural Student Services office and is a key team member for equity, diversity, and inclusion on the UW-Stout campus. The director develops and directs the implementation of strategic initiatives, maintains unit budget, and supervises staff in multicultural programs to promote social justice and equity for multicultural students and their allies. The director ensures implementation of student services that contribute to the retention and graduation of multicultural students, starting from time of their admittance to UW-Stout. The director is a full-time, academic staff limited appointment position that reports to the Associate Dean of Students for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. The desired start date for this position is April 2020. To ensure full consideration complete applications must be submitted online by March 1, 2020.
