Program Co-Directors are key staff members in the implementation of the TerraCorps program vision on a state-wide scale. They play a primary role in managing service member experience and partner relationships for our AmeriCorps program. We will hire one Massachusetts Program Co-Director to join our existing team, and four Program Co-Directors to launch new programs in two states (Connecticut and Rhode Island) as part of our planned expansion. Reporting to the TerraCorps Chief Program Officer, Program Co-Directors will work in pairs (two in each state) to successfully implement the TerraCorps service model by building and cultivating strong partnerships and supporting TerraCorps members' service experience and professional development. Program Co-Directors will oversee between 20-48 Members and 15-25 Service Site Partners depending on the state.As an alternative to conventional management hierarchy, TerraCorps uses a Self-Managed Teams framework to leverage employees' strengths and distribute decision-making authority. We value collaboration, continuous learning, and flexibility. Each team of Program Co-Directors will work together to ensure that all program responsibilities are met and have opportunities to work with other TerraCorps staff members on cross-functional projects. Major responsibilities include: program operations, partner relationship management, member support and development, reporting and data tracking, and grant management.TerraCorps celebrates difference and embraces the impact that diversity of thought, experience, and identity has on our organization.
