Colorado Learning Connections (CLC) is seeking a bilingual, dynamic person to join our full-time staff! Candidates should enjoy working with children and teenagers, be adept communicator both orally and in writing, and thrive in a collaborative community of progressive educators. Ideal candidates will also be familiar with google suite, QuickBooks, etc. This is a full-time salaried position with annual base pay starting at $37,000 (Depends on experience). A signing bonus of $500 will be provided with additional performance bonuses potentially available throughout the year. An insurance stipend of $200/month will be provided. We are also offering 80 hours PTO, 40 hours flex time, and 11 guaranteed, paid national holidays of your choice (from our list of 33) with up to an additional 10 days off when school is not in session. Working four 10's or five 8's is an option and up to 5 hours per week can be completed from home; we are looking for someone with full and regular availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We are accepting resumes through the end of February with interviews taking place the first two weeks of March.
