Degree requirement may be substituted with equivalent work experience. Three years of experience in higher education, customer service, finance or related service industries with customer-facing business practices. Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, PowerPoint and other software that assists in visual presentations. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated supervisory, computer, communication and critical thinking skills. Strong knowledge of Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education policies and procedures. Experience working with Banner software. Ability to translate Spanish.
