Taconic, a global leader in the manufacturing of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, belts and tapes has the following opportunities available in our Corporate Office in Petersburgh, NY: Shipping Clerk.As a Shipping Clerk you are responsible for verifying and keeping records on outgoing shipments, as well as loading and unloading trucks and preparing packages for shipment. HS diploma or equivalent experience. Must be PC literate and have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Previous shipping experience preferred. Must be able to work well with others and prioritize based on changing work conditions. Valid driver's license required.Hours for this position are 12:00pm 8:30pm.Production OperatorAs a Production Operator you are responsible for performing all aspects of departmental functions, including mixing chemicals, machine set up and run, quality control, cleaning of equipment and completion of production reports.Must have good math and communication skills.
