Proctor Academy, a coeducational, college preparatory boarding and day school in Andover, NH, is seeking to fill its Resident Co-Directorship position for Proctor's Program in Segovia, Spain.The position involves managing the Proctor in Spain immersion program, which consists of overseeing/chaperoning 10 students, staff members, and home-stay families. Duties also included but are not limited to teaching students Spanish, History or Literature, designing and directing excursions with students, chaperone, student advisor, transportation/travel logistics, and communication with student's families in the United States. Interaction with the Dean of Academics to ensure standards are met; interaction with the Dean of Students to ensure students selected are of the appropriate character and maturity to fulfill the program requirements.Full-time benefits include 401(k) plan, health and dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability.Proctor Academy is committed to building a community of inclusion across race, gender identity, age, religion, sexual orientation, and experience.
