The Safety & Risk Manager will join our fast-paced, growing organization to plan, organize, direct, and implement comprehensive, organization-wide Safety and Risk Management, Workers' Compensation, insurance, DOT Compliance and security programs.As Safety and Risk Manager, you will help to drive a safety and risk-aware culture at all levels of the organization and ensure clear and consistent strategic alignment with Restaurant Technologies' mission, vision, and 5 C's values. Restaurant Technologies is proud of our strong Safety culture. The incoming Manager will have the opportunity to build on and improve programs already in place.Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Extensive (10+ years) experience in Risk & Safety, including management experience Knowledge of DOT, FMCSRs, OSHA Regulations, and Hazardous Material regulations Experience building solid relationships with insurance brokers and/or carriers; must have knowledge of commercial insurance services and policies Talent for Project Management, leading change and communicating with influence Success in behavioral based Safety programs and implementing a sustainable Safety culture recblid j40237q9l3dk124m9ytp6wvze04xy5 BA/BS/Undergraduate
